Empowerment Works aims to ensure that community empowerment is prioritised and supported in the South West and elsewhere. We need you to sign up to Empowerment Works and pledge to take actions, however small, to promote and support empowerment where you live or work. So sign up if you agree to the following:

• We believe Empowerment Works because it enables people to improve their lives and their communities.
• We believe Empowerment Works because it enables Government to make cost-effective decisions.

• We believe Empowerment Works when it is two-way; communities take power and government gives power.
• We believe Empowerment Works when support is targeted at equalities communities.

• We believe Empowerment Works when investment is made in networks and support for communities.
